The Act of Territorial Gains (2024) is an act that concludes that the houses of Pacifican citizens are Pacifican states and colonies.

History

The Act of Territorial Gains was first thought about in early September 2023. As Pacifico was growing, it also had to expand, as it would be too small and the population density would be too high. So, the government decided to make the citizens houses a part of Pacifico. No laws or acts were made on the subject, so in Late April 2024, The President wrote an act.

The Act

                     THE ACT OF TERRITORIAL GAINS (2024)
                                                              28.04.24
              This Act was created in order for Pacifico to always 
              gain land. If one would like to join Pacifico, they 
              must first agree to this act. If one joins Pacifico 
              AND agrees to this act, their house becomes Pacifican
              territory. Because of these reasons: Firstly, their 
              parents own the house and they will inherit it so by 
              technicallity, they are prince of their house. Secondly,
              their bedroom is their property because their parents 
              gave it to them. Thirdly, their parents have probably
              said "this house is everyone's in the family". If they
              agree to this act, the map of Pacifico on Microwiki and
              just the map of Pacifico will be updated to include 
                                  their house.

Changes

On the 30th April 2024, a citizen of Pacifico left and mentioned that he wouldnt let the country have their entire house. So the President, Vice President and 1 other leader met up to discuss the issue. And eventually, it was agreed on that the Act should only apply to bedroom's but, if the citizen would like to, they can invade their entire house.
