The Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination on the Basis of Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity (CEDBSOGI) (Chinese: 消除基於性取向及性別認同一切形式歧視公約, Spanish: Convención sobre la Eliminación de Todas las Formas de Discriminación por Motivos de Orientación Sexual e Identidad de Género, French: Convention sur l'élimination de toutes les formes de discrimination fondées sur l'orientation sexuelle et l'identité de genre, Japanese: 性的指向及び性自認に基づくあらゆる形態の差別の撤廃に関する条約) is an intermicronational treaty signed on 18 July 2023 by the Governments of the Federation of Enchenia, the Federal Republic of Herschel Galaxy, the Holy Sothisian Empire and the Republic of Kichi.
The main purpose of the Convention is to eliminate all forms of discrimination based on a person's sexual orientation and gender identity and protect human rights for persons of all sexual orientations and gender identities. Its style of writing was largely borrowed from the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination, the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women and the Yogyakarta Principles.
